Why This Matters for Buyers

The Golf Course Road belt, home to the residential enclaves of DLF called Aralias, Magnolias, Camellias, and recently Dahlias, is emerging as the Indian equivalent of an international exclusive housing belt.

Increasing demand, along with a shortage of ultra-premium properties, is fueling rising prices every quarter.

Should you be watching this market?

  • If you’re a first-time or mid-segment buyer, this super-luxury pricing won’t directly affect you.

  • If you’re tracking Gurugram real estate trends broadly, rising ultra-luxury demand often signals stronger infrastructure and investment flowing into the wider corridor.

  • Areas seeing spillover interest and infrastructure upgrades — including newer residential belts — are worth watching for long-term appreciation
