Where the Land Is Coming From
HSVP will design a layout for a new residential sector. Under planning rules, only 45% of the land will be saleable — the rest goes to roads, parks, green belts, and public infrastructure.
The Farrukhnagar land sits in an eco-sensitive zone near Sultanpur Lake, where construction is tightly regulated. Development near the Aravali belt may also face scrutiny from environmental groups. Statutory clearances will be essential.
This project is part of Haryana’s broader urban growth plan. HSVP has identified around 1.67 lakh acres statewide for future sectors, with nearly 17,000 acres in Gurgaon.
